An event has been planned for Pearland that will help support a variety of initiatives that will seek to help support the health and fitness of local first responders, youth and their whole families as well.
The HERO&S Foundation has planned a day of friendly competition for local amateur chili chefs that will also include a variety of beer and other refreshments. Bakfish Brewing will supply the brews, and bragging rights, as well as a variety of prizes will be up for grabs for the potential chili champions.
The day will also have lots to offer those who would simply like to come out, watch the chefs at work and sample some of their creations. A prize will be given away during the raffle that has been scheduled for the day, and everyone in the area is invited to gather their friends and families together and come out for an afternoon of fun. A provider of printing services can be called upon to supply award certificates, trophies and other prizes that can be given to the winner of an event like this.
