Starting September 1, student nurses will receive instruction in Pearland, because the Chamberlain College of Nursing is opening a branch here.
Ours will be the second Chamberlain campus in Texas and the 14th in the country. The school has begun accepting applications for its fall semester.
Student nurses will be able to earn a bachelor of science qualification in three years as opposed to the usual four years by providing year-round study. The student’s training will be high-tech, as Chamberlain’s SIMCARE Center will use simulations to instruct the nursing students in patient care.
A lot of work goes into opening up a new campus. The new school’s address of 12000 Shadow Creek Parkway will no doubt be placed on its next batch of Letterheads, Envelopes, and digital Business Cards by Stationery printers. Additionally, the school may require brochure printing services.
Texas’s population has increased faster than that of any other state and this fact, combined with an aging population, has increased the demand for nurses to a tremendous degree. According to statistics from the Kaiser Family Foundation, the ratio of registered nurses per 100,000 is 720 in Texas, compared to a national average of 874. The Texas Center for Nursing Workforce Studies has indicated that the demand is outstripping supply for nurses not due to lack of interest, but a shortage of openings in nursing programs.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards Get a Free Quote for Stationery Get a Free Quote for Letterheads Get a Free Quote for Envelopes
