Pearland pop-up to send kids back to school in style

When kids prepare to return to their classes later this year, a Pearland event will help them to go back in style.

The Pearland Town Center has set aside a day in August for its Back to School Vendor Fair. Everyone is encouraged to stop by so they can check it in person, and everyone who drops off a donation of school supplies will have their name entered in a draw.

The activity will give local small businesses an opportunity to introduce themselves to the public, and at least 40 of these companies are expected to be on hand for the occasion. Live music will be performed and the raffles will see some of the attendees go home with a prize.

A pop-up market gives small businesses an easy way to connect with a potential base of new customers. Any interested in adding their name to the list of companies for the Back to School Vendor Fair can contact the planners at Pearlandtcvf@gmail.com to find out more. Business Cards will be on offer at a local Print shop, and companies that have a stack of them at the ready will find it easier to share their contact information during a community event.

Pearland kids and parents alike are invited to stock up on school supplies and other items at this summer pop-up market. It will begin at 10:00 am on August 12.
