New upscale breakfast and lunch eatery comes to Pearland

Another Broken Egg Café will be opening in Pearland later this month.

It will be 35,000 square feet in size and serve vegetarian options and food inspired by the South, seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Appetizers will include baked brie, fried green tomatoes, and city grits with smoked Gouda cheese. There will six variations of the its eggs benedict and eight different types of Egg-Straordinary omelets as well as sweet potato pancakes and cinnamon roll French toast.

Also on the menu will be healthier options such as Southwestern-inspired Simply Chicken and Simply Salmon and lighter offerings such as steel cut oats, fruit and quinoa and its house-roasted granola.

Lunch items will feature burgers, sandwiches, salads, wraps and biscuits and gravy, all of which are made to order from the highest quality and freshest ingredients. A special cocktail menu is also planned to be launched by the end of the month.

The weekend prior to the grand opening, Another Broken Egg Café will be hosting two fundraising events, one for the Forgotten Angels Foundation and another for the Pearland Neighborhood Center. Dining will be free of charge but those in attendance need to make a monetary donation.

The restaurant is opening on Monday, May 16 and may be using a flyer printing company to advertise the grand opening and the many specialty items on the menu.
