In addition to being seen at the Holiday Inn at 1702 N. Main Street, the locally based artist will also have works of art in several other locations for exhibition and sale. The artist has a degree from Texas Woman’s University in art as well as certificates in Floral Design and Interior Design.
Green, in speaking of her chosen area of artistic endeavor and why she enjoys it, said:
“Abstract art encourages one to think. A conclusion must be reach by the abstract art viewer. One opinion of what the viewer is seeing is often different from the opinion of another."
Green serves as the Pearland Arts League (PAL) exhibition chair. In addition to the Holliday Inn, PAL will be exhibiting and offering Green’s art work at Re/Max Top Realty (with 90 pieces on display here), the Pearland Convention and Visitors Center (10 pieces), and at Salons by JC in the HEB Center (23 pieces).
