Javon Ned of Barrett Financial Group will present a First-Time Home Buying Seminar in Irving to help potential home buyers understand the home buying process and the local market.
The seminar is designed for a range of different first-time home buyers, whether they be individuals who are actively engaged in a search for their first home or those who just have questions about how to even begin the process. Hosted by Barrett Financial Group, the seminar will be led by the most knowledgeable real estate professionals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Attendees at the session will be introduced to a variety of factors and considerations that will arise during their search for their first home. The topics to be discussed include how to repair bad credit, how to secure mortgage loan approval, what down payment assistance exists, how to create a compelling offer, and the overall advantages of owning a home. There will also be small bites and refreshments provided.
Seminars may include informative PowerPoint presentations that organizers can give to further educate their guests on the event’s topic of discussion. This may require some assistance from graphic design professionals to create professional and visually appealing presentations.
The free seminar is slated for Saturday, July 13, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. It will be held at 2300 Valley View Lane, Suite 160.
