The 2025 Tornado World Series will be coming to Irving this May, bringing together players of foosball, one of the world’s most popular table games.
The event is the biggest on the calendar of the International Table Soccer Federation and will host its Gold Finals and Champions League competitions. In the Gold Finals, twelve men and twelve women from around the world will participate in a multi-table event to crown a world champion. There will also be an Open Classic Doubles event for two-person teams. The Champions League event will feature competitions in multiple age groups and gender categories, with the winners able to earn spots in next year’s Gold Finals competition.
The international events will be held simultaneously with Texas State events featuring local foosball players, with rookie, expert, amateur and pro divisions. The top finishers in each competition will receive a cash prize as well as bragging rights in the familiar game of soccer played with rotate-able figurines on a felt table. Competitive events like this often turn to Print shops or trophy makers to help create memorable awards for their champions. The Series is meant to be a family-friendly event with a festive atmosphere for spectators as well as competitors.
The Tornado World Series 2025 will be held at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport hotel in Irving from May 22 to May 26 2025.
