Fans of comics, movies, TV and other popular culture will convene in Irving for Dallas Fan Festival this October.
The convention will feature a number of celebrity guests, including actors like Ed Begley Jr., voice actors such as Diane Pershing, and comics creators including Jae Lee. Guests will participate in panel events, autograph signings and meet-and-greets. Attendees are also invited to dress in full costume, with a red carpet display area for cosplay and a competition for the best look.
Comics fans can observe Sketch Duels between creators and hunt for rare issues, with stores and collectors gathered from far and wide, as well as illustrators selling their own creations at the Artist’s Alley. Vendors and exhibitors will also look to appeal to fans of anime, sci-fi and horror. Sellers at conventions like this often distribute promotional items or Business Cards to help better connect with potential customers.
In addition to professional sellers, Dallas Fan Festival will feature community organizations and fan clubs as part of its Community Zone. Other events at the convention will include video game tournaments and fan meetups. The event typically draws upwards of 15,000 people to Irving from throughout the Dallas metropolitan area and beyond.
The 2025 edition of Dallas Fan Festival will take place at the Irving Fan Convention Center at Las Colinas on October 4 and 5.
