Irving will rock to Volbeat

A once regional Scandinavian band has grown to an international sensation that tours with giants like Metallica and Megadeth, and the group is now on the way to Irving, subject to the possible cancellation of events in the area

Volbeat fuses punk, hard rock, and metal with the inspiration they took from legendary performers like Elvis. The Danish group has been recording for almost 10 years, and has released a number of albums in that time, which have all gone at least to gold in Denmark. In 2013, the band released “Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies,” the first of their albums to make it onto the charts in the United States.

Volbeat has won over 10 awards from various Danish music organizations, including a Danish Metal Award for their debut metal album. They were also nominated for a Grammy in 2014 for “Best Metal Performance” for “Room 24.”

Reviews of Volbeat live concerts are enthusiastic, and include:

“Been a Volbeat fan for years but never had the chance to see them until . . . [recently]. They are just as great live as on their CDs. . . . their sound [is] amazing . . . the best concert I have ever been to.”

Volbeat will appear at the Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory on April 10 at 7:00 pm. Poster printing can be used to create appropriate advertising for events such as this.
