Irving conference to highlight Afro Trade opportunities

The Awakening Trade & Conference event will take place Irving next month to bring together African American professionals, global CEOs, investors, entrepreneurs, and more to boost trade between America and Africa.

The conference will be hosted by the Awakening Africa Hub, part of the Awakening Africa Magazine, which is the leading resource for providing African American entrepreneurs with resources and knowledge to grow and strengthen their businesses. The Awakening Trade & Conference is the most prominent Afro Trade Show in the country, bringing together the largest gathering of African American professionals, African businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and government policymakers to learn about the latest investment opportunities, trade, and market trends.

The event will feature over 70 exhibitors, 25 speakers, and 10 workshops to provide a forum for vendors, speakers, and industry experts to showcase their trade solutions to a global audience. Attendees will be able to mix and mingle while exchanging ideas and advice on how to advance technical knowledge and ignite business opportunities. Networking activities will include industry meetups with like-minded peers and leaders, speed networking games to grow network efficiently, and opportunities to exchange Business Cards.

The trade conference is scheduled for July 28 and July 29 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on both days. It will take place at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas at 500 West Las Colinas Boulevard. Admission is free.
