Fashion show for a cause in Irving

A fashion and art show will be held in Irving in support of a good cause.

The Whiskey Spot, which arranges tastings of spirits throughout the area, is hosting the event. The evening features find food and drinks, as well as a chance to raise money to benefit local families who are struggling with food insecurity.

The Whiskey Spot is encouraging businesses, stores, and restaurants to join in with this effort. It would also like to hear from people who could volunteer to help, since they help will be needed with preparing and delivering meals.

The venue is RBR Muzik, and the director and owner is Zoe Madewell, also known as The Muzik Mom. She has been teaching music for 20 years, going to students' homes. Now, she has opened a school that teaches all kinds of music, from Irish, to bluegrass, to classical. The facility has a studio that offers 3,000 square feet of space. The school also stages musicals, gives classes in various instruments, teaches dance to people of all ages, and has a comfortable waiting area where parents can watch their children in class.

Tickets to the Thanksgiving & Christmas Meals Fundraiser start at $77. The date is November 20, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at RBR Muzik. Poster printing could be used to create exciting advertisements for an event like this.
