The 27th Space Exploration Educators Conference (SEEC) is taking place over three days in February. This year it will become virtual.
Other than being virtual the same information will still be passed on to attendees. There will be several speakers who will consist of NASA experts and other educators. Topics are set to include "Comparing Planetary Landforms using Imagery from Space: Earth, Moon, Mars and Beyond" and challenging students with space-based research NASA conference educates the educators.
Also taking part in the conference will be 36 Kindergarten to Grade 12 teachers who will discuss leadership skills and STEM learning. There will be virtual lounges where attendees can network with one another. All of the content including seminars, keynote speeches and virtual tours will be available on-demand for ticket holders after the event.
Virtual tours will be available of various exhibits at Space Center Houston including the SpaceX 9 rocket, the space shuttle and the Apollo Mission Control Center.
