A group of Houston residents will soon be walking and rolling in support of those living with a spinal cord injury (SCI), and the public is encouraged to join the fun for a cause.
The Walk and Roll for SCI will soon be presented by the Riverbend Energy Group, and it will take place at Evelyn’s Park Conservancy. The registration table will open in the afternoon on its scheduled date, and the schedule runs for two and a half hours.
The family-friendly event will be accessible to those who require a mobility device as well as anyone else who would like to show their support. A one-mile race is also on the agenda, and this will be followed by an afterparty for both the parents and kids. The early bird registration fee of $25 will be available until September 30, after which the price will go up.
While everyone is encouraged to register to walk, run, or roll, anyone who would like to go the extra mile is welcome to donate their time and effort as a volunteer. T-shirts printed with a function's logo design, certificates of thanks, and promotional products to show gratitude can all be prepared by a Print shop.
The Walk and Roll for SCI will hit the road on Sunday, October 13th. Everyone is welcome to add their name to its list of attendees. Get a Free Quote for Print
