It's been said that it's never too late to teach an old dog some new tricks, but during a Houston event, it will be the cats that steal the show.
The Amazing Acro-Cats will be making a stop in the city for a six-day run, and the performances have all been scheduled for the afternoon and evening hours. It will show that with some love and patience, the feline set can learn a variety of tricks, and all of the cats that take to the stage will be former strays, rescues, or orphans.
The furry friends will demonstrate their skills in everything from riding a skateboard to balancing on balls and ringing bells, and the troupe has featured on shows such as Netflix’s “Cat People”. Some will even be playing music in the Tuna and the Rock Cats band. The function will serve as a fundraiser for Rock Cats Rescue, and the event’s listing explained that the group has found home for more than 300 kittens since 2009.
A live performance often sees souvenir programs distributed to audience members. Print shops can prepare these types of materials, as well as marketing Posters and other custom items.
