Houston gardeners may like to add some new plants to their collection this fall, in which case a local plant sale will help them to get started.
The Houston Arboretum offers an assortment of programming and other activities throughout the year. In October, it will be hosting its annual Fall Plant Sale. Shoppers will have access to a wide selection of options, and their purchases will be available for pickup at the site’s 610 Entrance.
The cultivars included in the sale will feature native species, which may be especially appreciated by bees, butterflies, birds, and other pollinators, and staff will be on hand to assist. Proceeds will be used by the arboretum to aid in its conservation and education efforts. Perennials, shrubs and trees will all be on offer, and planting them in the fall will give them a good chance to get established.
Keeping events like this organized can be made a lot easier with support from local printers. They can supply everything from Letterheads to Flyers and other mailouts, and the printer’s staff will even be able to prepare a special logo design for the occasion.
October 9 will see the Houston Arboretum host its 2021 annual Plant Sale. The venue is located at 4501 Woodway Drive, and more information can be found by visiting its website. Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Letterheads
