Houston is home to one of the world’s busiest airports, and this essential piece of transportation infrastructure will be the focus of an upcoming activity.
The State of the Airports networking session and luncheon has been planned for this fall, and those who would like to make sure they are on the list of attendees are welcome to register now. The featured speaker for the function will be Mario Diaz, who is the Houston Airports Director, and the admission price to attend the activity starts at $110.
During the morning, the registrants will have an opportunity to learn more about the airport as well as its past, future, and the role it currently plays in the city’s economic health. During his presentation, Diaz will discuss future expansion plans for the three airports in the city, as well as Houston’s role as an important air transport hub.
The plans for the morning open with registration and a networking session, so everyone is reminded to bring Business Cards to exchange. This will begin at 10:30 am, and the ticket holder will take their seats for the luncheon and program at 12:00 pm.
This chance for the city’s business community, and anyone else who is interested, to learn more about the economic outlook for its airports is set for October 5. It will take place at the Marriott Marquis located at 1777 Walker Street.
