Two new eateries come to Dallas

Dallas has said hello to a pair of new dining options this month.

Just 1.5 miles from Deep Ellum, the increasingly popular AT&T Discovery District has finally seen the opening of its flagship restaurant, Hawthorn.

The AT&T Discover District has already proven successful at bringing people to downtown Dallas and with the much-anticipated opening of the Hawthorn, the foot traffic downtown is expected to continue increasing.

Dubbed the flagship restaurant for Dallas’ downtown AT&T Discovery District, Hawthorn is a swank addition to the city’s culinary options. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the restaurant.

Diners will have a selection of starters such as shrimp gyoza (dumpling), wagyu (beef) meatballs, or something from the sushi menu. Among the sushi items available will be the “Hawthorn Roll” a signature dish with caviar, akaushi beef, lobster and more. A large selection of steak and seafood entrees will be available as well as a raw bar.

Reservations can be made for the Hawthorn on Open Table starting on January 15. New businesses generally look for input when it comes to the creation of a menu and Logo Design.

Just a few miles away, the Minnesota-based Crisp & Green’s launched its first Texas location in University Park at Hilltop Plaza on January 12. The fast casual health food eatery offers a variety of healthy fare such as salads and grain bowls. Along with healthy food options patrons can take advantage of free outdoor community workouts.
