Interactive Game Room Experience on way to Dallas Deep Ellum

The entertainment options in Deep Ellum continue to evolve changing the face of this Dallas district as they do and the latest is a concept imported from the United Kingdom called Immersive Gamebox.

An interactive game experience, Immersive Gamebox first showed up in the U.S. two years ago when it opened in The Colony. It was announced on the company’s website that a location will be opening in Deep Ellum by the end of 2025. The exact location will be 2525 Elm Street at the Epic building in The Hamilton.

Banner printing services add a festive atmosphere to a grand opening.

Immersive Gamebox, which was originally called Electric Gamebox, is played in a four-walled room. Projectors display interactive games on the walls, and the hand and body movements of players are tracked. Eleven interactive games are available with options for all ages with sets taking from 30 to 60 minutes.

Among the games available are some developed by Immersive Gamebox’s in-house game studio. Titles available to play include Temple of Coins, a fast-action adventure; Trivia Mashup, an intergalactic game show; Ticket to Mars, the resource management game; and Alien Aptitude Test.

Presently, Immersive Gamebox has seven locations throughout England and in each of seven U.S. states, one or more locations. The company’s North America vice president, Nettie Davis explained the “why” of adding a franchise in Deep Ellum, describing the area as a deeply rooted community where an abundance of socialization takes place.
