The Rockwall Medical Plaza was built last year on the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital’s campus. It has two operating rooms for orthopedic and neurological procedures, as well as being the home to neurology and dental offices and a Texas Health Resources clinic. An ambulatory surgery center anchors the Plaza, which is a joint venture by Spine Team Texas and the Texas Health Resources.
Texas Health Resources is a nonprofit healthcare system and one of the largest in the United States. Founded in 1977, it has 24 hospitals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
According to the CEO of Montecito Medical, Chip Conk:
“This is a Class-A, newly constructed property in the heart of Rockwall’s attractive medical corridor, and we’re proud to have it anchored a cutting edge surgery center.”
A press release reporting this property transfer did not mention whether the building names will be changed as well. However it is seems likely that business Stationery printers will be asked to make alterations to the custom Stationery used.
Including its pending purchase of Rockwall Medical Plaza, the Nashville-based Montecito Medical has purchased 21 office buildings over the last 12 months. Moreover, the company has five other properties currently under Letter of Intent.
