Near downtown Dallas, just three miles from the heart of Deep Ellum, a new business will debut in Victory Park – Birdies Golf Lounge.
The indoor golf lounge, called Birdies Golf Lounge, will open at 2401 Victory Park Lane #100 this summer, at the corner of Museum Way in a former parking garage. It is a golf simulator business created by real estate investor Stuart Humphreys, owner of Landmark Capital, a private real estate firm.

Golf simulators are increasing in popularity in DFW, as a place to practice golf swings as well as something new for residents to do on a night out. In addition to the opportunity to practice their golf game guests can also enjoy a cocktail bar serving mixed drinks as well as wine and beer and food items such as sandwiches, fries and appetizers.
Birdies Golf will offer an indoor golf experience using a technology developed in 2003 by Danish golfers called Trackman. The technology employs ball trajectory tracking technology that mimics a real golf course. Trackman is a commonly chosen platform for indoor golf venues with 23 other golf simulator businesses in the city.
Birdies will offer three golf bays that can be reserved for an hour each as well as two lounge spaces with TVs scattered throughout.
