The Las Vegas-based La Neta Cocina y Lounge has plans to open a location in the Epic development in Deep Ellum in February.
One of almost a dozen restauranteurs bringing their Las Vegas eateries to Dallas, Le Neta’s CEO Ryan Labbe, who is also its designer, saw a connection between Vegas and Dallas. Describing it as celebratory neighborhood, Deep Ellum, according to Labbe, appears to be where oversized tacos – served at a “sexy” Mexican restaurant along with cocktails heavy on the tequila – will find success.
The Dallas location will, for the most part, use the same menu as the original restaurant, with just a few changes in response to its new location. One of these is the addition of steaks.
Printing services can be a positive influence on an establishment’s brand and contribute to its patrons’ experience via the design of the Menus they provide.
Before deciding on Dallas and Deep Ellum, Labbe said he considered parts of California and Arizona as well as Austin. Having gone for Dallas, he then explored Victory Park, Uptown, and Highland Park among other locations before selecting Deep Ellum’s Epic development.
The La Neta Cocina y Lounge is expected to begin serving meals on February 20. Labbe says he will immediately start looking at Dallas locations for other Las Vegas chains his 81/82 Group owns, such as Mas Por Favor, The Barbershop, and Clique Bar and Lounge.
