According to CashNet USA, an online lender, the central Dallas County community of Highland Park has the highest property values of anywhere in the Lone Star state.
Basing its conclusion on data collected from Zillow, CashNet’s findings will surely come as no surprise to Dallas residents. Situated approximately four miles north of downtown, Highland Park is next door to Northeast Dallas. The Dallas neighborhood of Deep Ellum is part of Northeast Dallas, which extends east to the border of Garland and north to the lower part of Richardson.
Deep Ellum has recently been noted by Zillow as having more views on average per day on its site than any other neighborhood within the nation.
The popularity of a neighborhood, whether as a residential or a commercial site, provides opportunities for both business card and banner printing services.
Residents in neighboring Highland Park enjoy a healthy median household income of over $234,000. Home prices there average a smidge over $7.3m. According to an article in the Dallas Business Journal in October of 2022, the median home value in Highland Park had risen more than 108% over the previous decade.
It is easy to see how the popularity of the two communities – Deep Ellum and Highland Park – would feed one another and continue the business growth and prosperity of the adjacent neighborhoods.
