Dallas residents invited to have fun for a cause

Residents of Dallas are invited to attend a summer evening that will combine beer, food, music, and fun.

The second annual Lone Star Beer Texas Heritage Festival will take place in four cities on four consecutive nights. Special guest performers for the show will be Shovels & Rope, which is a folk duo based in Charlotte. The husband and wife have been building a following since they decided to join their solo acts into one in 2008.

Along with Shovels & Rope, a variety of other acts will be lending their talents to the evening, including Matthew Logan Vasquez, Okkervil River, and Girl in a Coma. There will also be a selection of food, a photo booth, and arcade games.

Proceeds from the event will be used to help support Feeding Texas, which is an organization that seeks to provide food security to residents of the state and make sure that none of its residents go hungry. Promotional Drinkware can be produced for event such as this, where it can be sold to raise additional funds for the charity.

Al this will take place on July 1st at the Bomb Factory, which is located at 2713 Canton St. in Dallas. Tickets have been priced at $10.00 each, and they can be purchased through the Bomb Factory website.
