This June, foodies from Dallas will have a chance to sample all that the city has to offer.
The Taste of Dallas festival will be celebrating its 30th year with an event that will combine food, music, art and fun for the whole family.
It is the largest festival of its kind in North Texas, and tens of thousands are expected to come out and join in the excitement.
Everyone who attends will be able to sample the offerings from restaurants, as well as food trucks and other vendors. Those who want some culinary inspiration will have access to live cooking demonstrations and other shows that will whet their creative appetite. Though food will be the focus, there will be plenty of other activities to enjoy as well. These include music, chalk art, and other creations, along with special activities and attractions for the kids like bounce castles and a petting zoo.
Admission to the festival is $14 for adults, while kids aged 11 and under go in for free so long as they are accompanied by their parent or other guardian.
