The Village Dallas to welcome three eateries

An impressive list of new dining establishments and bars is part of The Village Dallas’ makeover, including three that will be opening in February.

The immense residential apartment community, known as The Village Dallas, has added a number of eateries and bars in its ambitious renovations, which began in 2017. The mixed-use lifestyle project includes a make-over of the residential units, an updating of communal areas and renovation of community parks, along with the addition of a new fitness center.

A call to a brochure printing service usually follows large scale changes to locations in the residential or hospitality industry.

A boutique hotel and several restaurants and shops will be opening in early 2021. Among these are three restaurants that are scheduled to open this February: Dive In, Meridian, and Over Under.

Dive In, to be located in the Village Country Club, will have a poolside restaurant, second-level bar, arcade-style games and a swim-up bar. Dive In will be restricted to Village Dallas residents.

Meridian is described as a fine-dining location and the community’s first destination restaurant. Open to the public with indoor and outdoor seating, Meridian will only serve dinner and will be open Tuesday through Sunday.

A two-story sports bar or gastropub, is how Over Under has been described. It will reportedly feature premier bar food and offer over 30 beers on tap. A minimum of 40 televisions will be in Over Under for the patron’s enjoyment.
