Privately owned tennis and pickleball courts for rent

Tennis and pickleball enthusiasts in Dallas have more options to play, as people have started renting out their own private courts.

Online provider Swimply said in a release that it has taken the next logical step in their goal to connect the public with private property owners renting their amenities. Originally, the company worked with homeowners to rent their private pools at an hourly rate. They have now added to their services by enabling homeowners to rent their tennis, pickleball and basketball courts in a similar fashion.

The expansion of their services was prompted by how quickly the sport of pickleball has grown in popularity. The company stated in a recent release:
"Pickleball is a phenomenon and there aren't enough courts to meet demand. Tennis, likewise, has historically been an exclusive leisure activity where people pay upwards of $100 an hour at private clubs for court time."

Flyer printing services offer an affordable and easily manageable way to introduce new services to a community.

Basketball courts will list at $25 an hour. Currently, the DFW area has one tennis court and nine pickleball courts for rent. However, since the DFW service is new, it is anticipated that will likely increase to rival Austin’s 200 spaces, or the over 300 private courts available in its Houston market.

Bunim Laskin, the CEO and founder of Swimply, says the company is also considering expanding further with the rental of backyards for events.
