A steak and seafood restaurant, Crown Block, will be coming to downtown Dallas next year.
Las Vegas based Blau + Associates issued a press release indicating it would open a new dining venue where the former Five Sixty By Wolfgang Puck had been located in Reunion Tower. The space, which opened in 1978 and sports a 360-degree view, has been empty since the pandemic-related closure of Five Sixty in 2020.
Start-up restaurants have multiple uses for products offered by printing services, such as Menus, signage, and business Stationery.
Blau Associates is the husband-and-wife team of chef Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau, the duo’s portfolio includes Buddy V’s Ristorante at the Venetian and Honey Salt, both of which are located in Las Vegas.
Crown Block boasts of celebrating “all things grilled, seared, and roasted,” as well as offering plant-based cuisine and seafood from regional ranches and farms, as well as the Gulf of Mexico. The new restaurant’s featured items will include an extensive wine list, a display containing sushi and chilled seafood, and a “Rare Steak” program that will offer Japanese A-5 wagyu, Texas wagyu, and prime beef.
A separate event space will be available at Crown Block on Reunion Tower’s 17th floor. Ideal for private receptions, the space with views equal to those of the restaurant will hold up to 250 guests standing or 175 seated.
Crown Block is expected to open in Spring 2023.
