Italian foodie market coming to Dallas

Dallas has managed to snag its own Eataly, which will not only be a first for Dallas but also the first in the state.

In 2007, gourmet food outlet Eataly was started in Turin, Italy and provides a unique eating and shopping experience. The name was created by merging “eat” with “Italy”. According to the company’s website:

"Eataly is about eating Italian food, but it's not just about Italian food."

The establishment’s selection features substantial selections of breads, cheeses, oils, olives, pastas, dried mushrooms, crackers, coffee, teas, and chocolates, as well as imported canned goods.

Of the 39 Eatalys around the globe, only six are in the United States, with one each in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, along with two in New York City. The Dallas Eataly will have three levels – two levels inside the mall with a third level over a restaurant and patio and will open in 2020.

Companies new to an area, especially those representing a new concept, find using Print shops to mail out Flyers or Brochures is often the best way to familiarize consumers with their businesses.

Due to its size and vast selection, a trip to Eataly can be seen as an adventure.. A visit there can also be viewed as educational, with cooking classes and tasting events regularly scheduled.
