Although fans all around the world are cheering as their favorite TV soap “Dallas” makes a comeback, some of the younger stars were a little nervous before joining the legendary cast. Speaking to Inside Track, Jordana Brewster and Julie Gonzalo spoke of their fears.
Brewster, who appeared in the “Fast and Furious” movies, said that a dinner was held at the home of Larry Hagman in Malibu. Although this was intended to help the cast get to know each other, Brewster and Gonzalo were worried that they could be fired if the original cast members did not like or approve of them. The series will continue with plenty more drama and scandal, helped along by the original members Patrick Duffy, Linda Grey, and, of course, Larry Hagman.
The series is being filmed in Dallas and the cast have been taking part in a promotional tour. The new series of the show will have been publicized with the help of local printing services so that viewers will tune in. Brewster and Gonzalo are thrilled to be a part of the new show and spoke of huge respect for the original cast who made the show so well known around the world.
Moving to Dallas, Texas was apparently a challenge for the pair who are used to going out in L.A. in casual attire. While in Starbucks, the pair were surrounded by people wearing full make up and heels. To complete their experience of Texas life, a cow gave birth during filming while the cast and crew just carried on.
