A family-oriented festival is to be held in Fair Park to show off the new decorative lighting on and around the park's Esplanade Fountain.
Food, drink, art, and music will come together to provide an enjoyable evening for attendees of all ages, both from Dallas and the surrounding region. The evening will culminate with a fireworks display.
Fair Park's grounds, historical buildings, and extremely popular Esplanade Fountain are cherished components of the local community. The addition of decorative lighting is expected to enhance the park experience for those who come here.
Fair Park is the venue of choice for many community activities. Posters and Flyers from local printing companies are used to announce events taking place here, and are a familiar sight in the surrounding neighborhoods.
Music will be provided by Sugar Ray and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, two pop/rock bands of national renown. Other highlights of Fair Park Sparks include an artist gallery, wine bar, and roving entertainers. Additionally, there will be cell phone tours, the unveiling of Bike Share, and of course more than a million lights illuminating the several buildings, gates, and more than 120 trees.
Fair Park Sparks takes place on June 13th from 5pm – 10:30pm. Admission is free while parking costs $5, but for those who chose to use it, the DART Green Line can also be accessed for transportation to and from Fair Park.Get a Free Quote for Flyers Get a Free Quote for Posters
