Toller Patio Kitchen+Bar, a patio bar and restaurant has opened on Ross Avenue in Dallas.
The 15,000 square foot new bar and eatery serves beer, 12 cocktails on tap and wine along with a menu of made from scratch American dishes. Co-owner Scott Jenkins, designed Toller’s cocktail menu. Jenkins is also the beverage director for his other enterprise, Hide in Deep Ellum.
Toller’s cocktail menu includes: a frozen Grapefruit spritz, a rye whiskey Bramble with blackberry and thyme, the tropical rummy Castaway and the Pink Drink containing vodka, lemon and strawberry.
The dinner and lunch Menus include a variety of sharable dishes and burgers – including a no meat version. Brunch is served and among the choice are a brunch bowl with veggies or meat, scrambled eggs, hash made with sweet potatoes, spicy aioli, jalapenos and guacamole.
Included as a dessert option is a dark chocolate soft serve with fudge sauce, bourbon caramel and buttered Ritz crunch.
Print shops are frequently used to create Flyers containing a new eating establishment’s menu and other attractive features.
The patio has 12-foot palm trees as a lighted centerpiece as well as retro breeze blocks, outdoor games, heating for hundreds and 17 flat-screen TVs.
Toller, which is named for the dog breed Tolling Retriever, is conspicuously dog-friendly with canine snacks available, among which are Puppy Treats and Pup Ice Cream.
