U.S. News & World Report recently ranked Texas hotels to determine the top 15, and three of Dallas’ luxury hotels ranked highly on the list.
The much-lauded Hotel Emma in San Antonio was ranked #1 among the Lone Star State’s hotels. The top 15 Texas hotels are spread through only four cities. Houston garnered the most spots on the list with five hotels among which was the No. 2 Hotel Granduca. San Antonio has four and Dallas and Austin three each.
In addition to bragging rights, Print shops are often asked to include lists such as this one by U.S. News & World Report in the city’s promotional materials.
The three Big D hotels are: No. 3 the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, which according to the magazine supplies:
“The tranquility needed for a good night’s sleep alongside the convenience of a relatively central location.”
The No. 4 out of the top 15 is the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, which the publication noted as have four pools, tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course and spa.
The No. 6 spot was claimed by the Ritz-Carlton Dallas. Praised for its top-notch rooms that come with iPod docking stations, 400-thread-count linens the Ritz-Carlton Dallas was lauded for its spaciousness and elegance.
