The Tailgate is CultureMap’s latest addition to its list of signature events and will mix the best parts of traditional tailgating, which in Texas has risen to nearly artform status, with what the public has come to equate with a CultureMap event.
Attendees can expect a fancy, playful experience featuring signature cocktails, chef-driven food, entertainment, and game-day-inspired activities. Notable sports figures will show up in fun and surprising ways, particularly during the VIP hour. Part of the celebration will highlight sports-related non-profit organization, along with the inspiring athletes associated with them and their community impact.
Launching a new annual event requires considerable marketing, and both banner printing and poster printing services may be employed to ensure the word gets out.
Two levels of tickets will be available for this event. A limited number of early bird tickets are available at each level.
General admission tickets are priced at $60 for early birds and $75 regular admission. Included in the price for general admission are bites from participating restaurants, access to partner activations, and complimentary premium beverages. VIP Admission Ticket for early birds cost $99 with a regular price of $125 and include early admission (one hour), free valet, first opportunity for bites by participating restaurants, a dedicated VIP bar, and special activations during VIP hour.
The Tailgate will take place at The Empire Room at 1225 N. Riverfront Blvd on October 13 at 7:00 pm.
