Middletown residents who want to enjoy some of the finer things in life are invited to attend an inaugural event to bring the community together.
The Knights of Columbus First Annual Smoke, Sip, and Feast is coming to Middletown in a few weeks to raise funds for the KOC’s building capital fund. The gathering will feature live music by Sean Rivers, a local artist, with his tunes providing the background soundtrack for a day of eating, enjoying cigars, and sampling spirits.
Each registered guest will receive three cigars to sample, including a Buffalo Trace, a Gurkha Prize Fighter, and a Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Champagne. The beverage package will entail a one-ounce pour of Buffalo Trace whiskey and two beers. Printing services can provide more information about the cigars and beverage options to help visitors learn about each and make purchases at such events.
Attendees will also be treated to a buffet-style dinner, provided by Blue Moon Catering. The menu features baked lasagna, roast pork, and green bean almondine. The festival will be held both indoors and outdoors, with cigar smokers asked to smoke outside and dress appropriately for the weather.
The festival will be held on Saturday, November 15th, at the Middletown Newport’s Knights of Columbus building on 7 Valley Road. The doors open at 1:00 PM. Tickets are $75 per participant.
