The Warminster area will be a bit brighter this holiday season thanks to an activity that will help make sure everyone has food on their table.
Families will be benefiting from the 6th annual Holiday Food and Toy Drive on the way in early November. The organizers are hoping to make a big impact.
The event will be on offer at 210 Penns Trail, and Mr. and Mrs. Claus have decided to stop by to visit with the kids and pose for photos. The Cruise Car Show will be back, and a karate demonstration, courtesy of the VMMA demo team, has been scheduled. Hengy Entertainment will supply the tunes, and the foodies in the crowd can head to the Smokin Earls food truck for a burger and other BBQ treats.
Attendees can drop off their donation of non-perishable food, or new and unwrapped toys and toiletries, and they will be passed along to charities, including the Marine's Toys for Tots. People who contribute to a charitable event may appreciate knowing how their support will make a difference. A poster printing company can prepare oversized visual materials that show how a group puts its donations to good use.
This chance to give Santa a helping hand will be kicking off at 12:00 noon on Saturday, November 8. Everyone is encouraged to attend the festivities and help make the donation drive a success.
