February may be a chilly month here in Warminster, but an event organized with couples in mind will add a touch of warmth to the season that matches the Valentine’s Day theme of the month.
The Bucks County Wine Trail program encourages the public to explore local wineries, eateries, and other venues, and it has a special Valentine's themed initiative in the works for February. Tickets to take part are $75 each, and there are five stops on the route.
The city will see its registrants enjoy pairings of chocolate and wine at each of the participating venues. The flights will include three wines. Buckingham Valley, Bishop Estate, and Crossing Vineyards, as well as Rose Bank Winery and Manoff Market Cidery, are all taking part, and ticketholders can visit each one once at the time of their choice during February.
As a special bonus for the ticketholder, once they have visited all five locations, they can have their name entered in a draw for a prize basket that includes hard cider, chocolate, wines, and other Corporate Gifts. The winner will be chosen at random.
This chance for Bucks County residents to discover the talents of the wine and chocolate makers right in their own home area will run throughout February. Details and a link to register can be found on its web listing.
