Stroudsburg to host annual WinterFest

The Downtown Stroudsburg Business Association will host the annual WinterFest in Downtown Stroudsburg event this February.

Stroudsburg’s annual WinterFest features a display of more than 50 themed, illuminated ice sculptures arranged throughout the downtown area. This year’s theme will be “On and Under the Sea,” so all of the ice sculptures will be fish- and ocean-themed.

The ice sculptures will be arranged in various locations around town, so visitors can walk through and enjoy them at their own pace. The center of the display will be focused on Courthouse Square, where live sculpting demos for attendees to watch will also be taking place. Since this is an outdoor event, those attending will be able to social distance and are encouraged to do so as much as possible.

Participating local businesses will offer specials for attendees, such as discounts and event-specific offers. Downtown Stroudsburg is home to a variety of local shops and restaurants. For additional entertainment, the event will include a scavenger hunt to add to the fun as attendees explore the displays. Organizers of this type of activity tend to use the services of a poster printing company to promote the upcoming event in the community.

WinterFest will take place on Saturday, February 19, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm in downtown Stroudsburg. The event is free to attend.
