Kalahari Resorts is hosting the 3rd Annual Poconos Short Term Rental Conference this March.
The conference is open to anyone in the short-term rental (STR) industry, including real estate professionals, vacation property owners in Stroudsburg and other towns in the region and rental property managers. Attendees will have opportunities to network with an expected 600 STR professionals and to learn about a variety of topics ranging from legislative developments to ideas for providing an excellent guest experience.
The one-day conference will include keynote speeches, breakout sessions, sponsored coffee breaks, an evening cocktail reception and an exhibitor space with vendor booths. Vendors give out Promotional Products at their tables during this type of conference. The full schedule and speaker information are available on the event website. The lineup includes a mix of sessions specific to the local STR market in the Pocono region and more general sessions that apply to rentals in any location.
Tickets are currently on sale for $139 for Poconos VRO members and $199 for non-members. Last-minute tickets purchased from February 28 to March 4 are $179 for members and $249 for non-members. A room block is available at Kalahari Resorts for those traveling to the conference.
The Pocono STR Conference will take place on Thursday, March 5 at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. Doors open at 7:30 am.
