Re/Max Crossroads has been located in East Stroudsburg and has four full-time staff members. The company has been focusing its activity on residential sales, and now business card printing in Stroudsburg could be used to mark the change in corporate ownership. Yarrow Wilkins has told the Pocono Record:
“I’ve been in this industry for a very long time. To be able to own and grow it is tremendously satisfying.”
Wilkins has explained some of what she knows about the sector. She has pointed out how it is a cyclical part of the economy. Further, she has pointed out that locally growth is rebounding strongly. As a result, prices have increased and sales have been boosted.
Lori Ann Giovinco was keen to sell the organization to Wilkins. She had been in charge of the business for a decade. As she wished to spend more time with her grandchildren, the time had come for her to dispose of the enterprise.
Giovinco has been impressed by the youthful energy of Wilkins. She has made clear that she thinks her successor has a thorough understanding of the changing sector. In particular, she has praised her social media knowledge. Giovinco has the intention of doing some more work for the business prior to moving elsewhere.
