The 37th Annual Pocono State Craft Festival is taking place at Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm in Stroudsburg this summer.
The fair will feature a group of more than 60 juried artisans and crafters. The vendors work with a variety of media, so items for sale will include wood pieces, jewelry, ceramics, clothing, photography prints, fine art, and glasswork. Handmade consumables like soaps and food will also be available. Craft vendors often have Business Cards available for those interested in their work. The vendor application is available on the Pocono Arts Council’s website.
Musical performances from the Lost Ramblers and Doug Smith & Friends will take place throughout the weekend. Quiet Valley Friends and Atomic Hogs BBQ will have food available, including freshly baked bread. Admission to the craft fair also includes access to many of Quiet Valley’s regular attractions.
Tickets to the festival cost $6 per person. Children 12 and younger can attend for free. Parking is free, and accessible parking is available by the gate. Those with mobility concerns should be aware that the festival grounds are primarily grass or gravel. Pets are not permitted. Proceeds from the event support Quiet Valley as well as the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen’s Pocono Chapter and the Pocono Arts Council.
The Pocono State Craft Festival will run from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on both Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25.
