The building has been vacant for a long period, so will require a makeover. ACR Development is behind the proposal, which seeks to improve the old slaughterhouse near to Hamilton Bridge.
The site is apparently convenient because it is in the neighborhood of the museum America on Wheels. Allentown Commercial and Industrial Development Authority (ACIDA) has endorsed the project recently, and this means that RB Collection may soon be looking at arranging business card printing from Stroudsburg Print companies.
Alex Ruozzi, who is a partner at RB Collection, has stated:
“We are excited to take our 23 years of knowledge and passion for classic cars and generate a thematic approach to Allentown's waterfront redevelopment that will become the 'Automobile Corner of America' right here in the Valley.”
Al Ruozzi is the other partner in the family firm. Like his brother, he will be hoping that the renovation work is completed on time during 2017.
Michael Miller, who is part of ACIDA, has looked at projections which the developers worked on. Having assessed the financial aspect of the plan, Miller was confident enough to back it when the board met. He has stressed how the novelty of the core concept persuaded him to recommend it for approval. Get a Free Quote for Print
