The Non-Profit Summit is set to take place next month in Pittsburgh. It is presented by the Greater Pittsburgh Non-Profit Partnership (GPNP) and Forbes Funds.
The summit is expected to attract not only those in the non-profit industry, but public and private business leaders also. Discussions will focus on emerging trends, best business practices, and future partnerships. The keynote speaker for the event will be Kimbal Musk.
There will also be panel discussions such as one on building trust in support of public safety. This one will be moderated by Fred Theiman and will feature Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Chief Cameron McLay, Reverend Rodney Lyde, Reverend DeNeice Welsh, and Professor David Harris. Other topics of discussion will include performance management, how to develop talent, and building on positive work from an organization.
The summit will end off with a rooftop reception, which will be a networking opportunity for all those who attended. Most people will bring along their digital Business Cards to exchange with those they meet, so Pittsburgh printing companies may find an increase in orders leading up to this event.
The Non-Profit Summit will be held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center on October 15 from 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Conference fees, before October 3, are $127.50 for GPNP members and $144.50 for nonmembers. To learn more about this event, visit the Forbes Funds website.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
