Pittsburgh’s feral cats will soon be getting a helping hand, thanks to the monies raised during an activity planned for early October.
Pins for Purrs will get the support rolling for Pittsburgh C.A.T. and the Homeless Cat Management Team, and this will be its fourth year. The fun will take place at Princess Lanes Bowling Center, and everyone is encouraged to form a team of up to five players and join the fun.
Lanes in the fundraiser can be booked for $125, and each can accommodate up to five bowlers. Individual and pair tickets are also on offer and come with shoe rentals and three hours of play. Anyone who would like to go the extra mile or who cannot take part in person can still drop off a donation. Raffles draws for an assortment of Corporate Gifts will add further excitement to the celebration.
Local small businesses that have been looking for an activity to sponsor may find this occasion to be a good fit. There are both lane and lane sign sponsorships available, and the lane sponsor package includes having a company’s branded Promotional Products offered as swag.
This chance to show some love to cats who are traveling a tough road in life is scheduled for Sunday, October 5. The final date to serve as a sponsor is September 26.
