The 6th annual HealthSouth Harmarville Car Cruise is taking place next month in Pittsburgh.
Presented by the Blast from the Past Car Cruisers of Western PA, the event is a fundraiser for the HealthSouth Harmarville Rehabilitation Hospital.
Members of the Cruisers and the general public will be displaying their vintage automobiles for visitors to enjoy; most of them will be prior to the 1970s. The first 100 car owners to register their vehicles will receive a magnetic dash plaque. Registrants will also receive a free meal and are eligible to win door prizes.
There will also be lots of ‘oldies’ music playing throughout the afternoon, a Chinese auction (which is a combination of a raffle and an auction), door prizes, and a 50/50 raffle.
Vendors will also be on hand to sell food and car-related merchandise.
The HealthSouth Harmarville Rehabilitation Hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. They help patients suffering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, joint replacements, and other conditions.
Some of the vendors that will be appearing at this Pittsburgh event will likely invest in sign or poster printing services to attract people to their booths.
The Car Cruise will take place at HealthSouth Harmarville Rehabilitation Hospital on June 11 from 12:00 – 4:00 pm. To learn more about the event or registering a vehicle for the show, contact Joe Meiner at 412-951-2315.
