Pittsburgh plant lovers will soon be able to browse and buy to their hearts’ content when they drop by one of the city’s event spaces for a pop-up horticultural party.
Whether they are new to indoor gardening or have been doing it for many years, the Pittsburgh Plant Party will have lots to offer for the gardening public. All ages are on the guestlist for the activity, which bills itself as being the city’s biggest gathering of its kind.
The function has been scheduled for the afternoon, and it will be filled with booths and other entries manned by local plant shops, as well as propagators, collectors and others that offer horticultural products. Pottery makers and other artisans and makers have also been invited to set up shop, and beverages will be available for purchase.
Both general and VIP entry tickets have been made available. The latter option provides the bearer with an opportunity to get first crack at what is for sale.
