Pittsburgh show to salute first responders

A car show gives the public the opportunity to admire a variety of classic cars and other vehicles, and a Pittsburgh area activity will offer this experience.

The Norco Fire Company, which is located at 144 West Schuylkill Road in Pottstown, is revving up for the NCPD’s 8th annual Fallen Heroes Car Show. The public can show off their ride or just come out and enjoy viewing the vehicles, and the proceeds will hope local first responders.

The day will get started with registration, and spots will be assigned to the exhibitors. After this, the show will begin and the judges will make their decisions. Awards will be presented to the top entries and a raffle draw is in the works as well. It will be judged by seasoned professionals. The categories will be Best of Show Car, Best of Show Truck and also first and second place.

To thank the exhibitors for their support, the first 100 to sign up will receive a dash plaque with a special graphic design as well as a bag of swag. The top prize in the raffle will be a 2024 Chevrolet Corvette.

This day of fun in the sun for vehicle buffs will salute local everyday heroes on August 10th. The public can view the cars and trucks from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
