Pittsburgh fundraiser to aid feral felines

A Pittsburgh rescue group has invited area feline fans to be part of a fundraiser that will offer an evening of wine and conversation.

Kitty Queen Cat Rescue has organized an activity that will help to meet the expenses of its programming, and it will be a casual and relaxed affair. Since wine will be served, it is limited to those age 21 and up, and some furry friends will be on hand to interact with the guests.

Tickets for the evening are $10, and each person who plans on attending is asked to bring along a bottle of their top wine pick. Everyone will be invited to sample as many of the wines as they wish, and tasting glasses will be provided. Snack pairings will be supplied to the attendees, and while everyone enjoys themselves, they will be doing a good turn for some cats in need of help.

By filling in holes in the social safety net, local organizations perform a valuable service in their community. Flyer printing and other services for these small groups can be sourced from area printers.

Kitty Queen Cat Rescue is hoping this fundraising activity will be a big success, and everyone who would like to be part of the function is encouraged to purchase their tickets now. It will be taking place on January 22 at 4552 McKnight Road, and the doors will open at 6:30 pm.
