A Pittsburgh festival will elevate a humble comfort dish into something special.
The Pittsburgh Mac and Cheese Festival will be making its return, and along with its old favorites, it will have a new addition. This year, it will include a Bloody Mary and Mimosa Pavilion, and it will be held at 3 Crossings.
The celebration will include dishes prepared by both food trucks and brick-and-mortar chefs, and these will be accompanied by a variety of craft beers, ciders, and wines. There will be at least 30 kinds of mac and cheese on the menu, and live entertainment will be taking to the stage. Everyone can vote for their top version of the dish, and the “cheesiest” will receive bragging rights. The function is open to all ages, with kids 12 and under able to enter free of charge, while older guests pay prices ranging from $20 to $69.
Food festivals provide a way for community members to discover what is on offer for them when it comes to local eateries. Tasting glasses, food wrappers, and other items branded with a function’s Logo Design can be prepared for such an activity by local Print professionals.
This chance for Pittsburgh macaroni and cheese fans to fill up on the food they love will be on offer on Sunday, May 18. It will begin at 11:00 am.
