Pittsburgh crafting class to help cats in need

A Pittsburgh class is about to offer members of the public the opportunity to release their inner artist, and it will turn unwanted buttons into works of art.

Attendees at the Buttoned Up instalment of Kitty Queen Cat Rescue’s Crafting with Cats will be utilizing some simple materials to create their own feline themed art projects. Tickets are $20, and the activity has been scheduled for the evening hours.

Crafters in the class will be using extra buttons they bring from home, as well as the ones supplied by the organizers, to create pictures of cats. The canvas will be provided. Light snacks and beverages will be served, and anyone who would like to bring along beer or wine to sip on is welcome to do so. The proceeds from the event will be used to help care for kitties in need of a second chance.

Hosting an in-person activity can be a fun way for a not-for-profit organization to raise both funds and awareness of its work. A flyer printing company will be able to offer a variety of economical ways to promote a function to the public.

Kitty Queen Cat Rescue will be hosting this in-person gathering at its venue located at 4552 McKnight Road. It will run from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
