Pittsburgh car show to wrap up August

Rosedale Technical College offers a variety of post-secondary education options for area students, and it is pleased to be able to bring a popular event back to the community.

This Pittsburgh educational institution will be rolling out the red carpet for its annual Car Show, which will be celebrating its sixth year. The fee to register a vehicle is $5 each, and Anthony Sharro, who is the contact person for the activity, can be reached at 412-521-6200 by anyone who has questions or is interested in sponsoring the festivities.

Those who would like to show off their pride and joy are welcome to sign up, and all models, makes and years are welcome. Spectators will be able to peruse the cars, trucks, and other vehicles on display, and along with this, there will be food and beverages on offer for purchase. A “touch a truck” area will be set up for the kids who would like to get a hands-on experience with the vehicles.

Car show organizers often choose to distribute commemorative dash plaques to the registrants. These can be prepared by a local printing services company.

Rosedale Technical College has scheduled this farewell to summer for Saturday, August 27. The fun will be set up at 215 Beecham Drive, and all members of the public will be welcome.
